With a few exceptions, we normally go out to Camden every Saturday throughout the entire year. Sometimes we gather just at the staging building to wash bicycles, or have an occasional wedding or picnic.
Departure times are usually at 10:30 a.m., except July and August we plan to go out at 5:30 p.m., all on Saturdays. Usually about a dozen of us carpool together in a convoy of vehicles and park on or next to the lot we end up visiting. We usually stay on the lot for about 4 hours, but all volunteers are certainly free to come and go at anytime if they have their own vehicle. Always email or call to make sure we will be going out as scheduled.
Once a year we also go to Camden for the biggest event of the year: Christmas Eve Extravaganza! Normally, we go out on Christmas Eve morning after gathering at the staging area at 601 West Chapel Avenue, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002, around 8 a.m. for prayer and any final preparations. After everything is ready, we will try to have the convoy leave by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to the site. Depending on what day Christmas falls on, we may not go out on the following Saturday.

From the east or Cherry Hill mall: proceed westbound on Route 38 West for about 1/4 mile. At the People's Pizza restaurant, turn right onto the Chapel Avenue and proceed north toward Merchantville approximately 6 blocks. As soon as you go over the new bridge that's above the train tracks, look to your left and you'll see the 2-story brown brick building. We use the basement as our gathering location. From the west or Camden area: proceed eastbound on Route 38 East and take the exit to the right at Olive Street toward Longwood Avenue North about 1 block before the McDonald's restaurant. Then turn northeast (left) onto Longwood Avenue North. After crossing over Route 38, proceed one more block and then turn north (left again) on Kennilworth Avenue. Proceed 3 blocks and the ministry is located at the intersection of Kennilworth and Chapel Avenue.
